Premiere Custom Homes is a full service general contracting firm based in Beverly Hills. We are a third-generation family business that specializes in luxury home development with over 45 years of experience.
Construction Services
PRE-CONSTRUCTION
- Collaborate with client's architect and designer
- Analyze, evaluate, & assist finalizing building plans
- Acquire all cost proposals, bids, & estimates from all sub-contractors, engineers, & other various agencies
- Develop a capital budget to determine total cost of the project
- Develop a detailed schedule to determine the most cost effective & efficient sequence for the minimum time needed to complete the construction project
- Pre-qualify all sub-contractors with homeowners
CONSTRUCTION
- Provide construction phase management & direct supervision
- Monitor & chart the progress of all sub-contractors
- Monitor the quality of all workmanship of all trades
- Provide a construction budget tracking system, including detailed spreadsheets categorizing all costs that have been paid to date, remaining costs, & percentages of contracts to finish the project
- Construction meetings with home-owners, architects, engineers, sub-contractors, & inspectors to determine all goals, solutions, & expectations that will meet everyone's needs
- Hold management & safety meetings on a regular basis
POST-CONSTRUCTION
- Project walkthrough with owners & follow-up
- Provide copies of all permits, inspections, & all related construction documents
- Provide all home maintenance schedules, operation manuals, & documents
- Maintain an open line of communication for any questions that may arise
